Connemara Caravan and Camping Park welcomes you to the renowned Lettergesh Beach with its white sands and turquoise waters. We offer a range of facilities in breathtakingly beautiful surroundings. You’ll find yourself wanting to come back again and again!

We open from the 27th April - 30th September.
Booking Arrangements
We require full payment at the time of booking.
We have a 7 day cancellation policy i.e. cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Please click here to see our full terms and conditions.
Before booking, please note the following important information:
- At Connemara Camping we offer unlimited free hot showers all day, every day.
- All weekend bookings from Friday 4th July to Friday 14 August inclusive are minimum 2 night stays. This ensures a relaxed stay for all weekend guests.
- On the Irish June Bank holiday weekend beginning on May 29th 2026 and the August Bank holiday weekend beginning on 31st July we accept minimum 3 night stays only.
This is to ensure all our guests are accommodated for the entire weekend. The only exception to this are solo hiker or cyclists staying on our seafront pitches.
- We can only accept 6 person tents up to Thursday 25th June and from Friday 28th August due to their size.
Touring & Camping
Enjoy a relaxing stay on the Wild Atlantic Way, with the strength of Ben Cuanna, (pronounced Ben Who Na) part of the Twelve Bens Mountain Range to your back, Maol Reidh, the highest point in Connaught to your right, whilst enjoying splendid views….. possibly even spectacular sunsets with Inis Turk, Inis Bofin, Clare Island and Achill Island all in close view. If you’re really lucky the dolphins will even pop up to say hello.
We give you direct beach access to Lettergesh Beach where you can enjoy beach long days with the family. Our beach is perfect for sea swimming, paddle boarding and canoeing. The immediate local area is the perfect starting point for hill and mountain hiking, bike rides and in the evening you can enjoy sunsets and barbecues all while immersing yourself in the beauty of Connemara.
We have 13amp electrical hook up and water stations located and accessible from all of our pitches. Look to our facilities page for our full range of facilities including washroom, and free showers.
